MECHANICAL
DESIGN DIVISION:
At EAN Systems Engineering, we are a multidisciplinary engineering firm experienced at Mechanical Engineering, mechanical design, and electromechanical interface. We perform complex designs of mechanical systems such as is used in robotics and small vehicle applications as well as after market vehicle applications. In addition, we specialize in the design of precision mechanical and electromechanical dimensional gages used in manufacturing for measuring product size, orientation and assembly fits. These gages are used at the machine or at final inspection to determine acceptability to drawing requirements and/or SPC data collection.
For customers that have a design that they need documented (drawings) we offer a drafting service at reasonable rates, drawings may be of simple or complex components and/or assemblies. We draw in accordance with ANSI 14.5 Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). We will deliver an electronic copy in most standard formats, or hard copies on bond or vellum.
Our engineering staff can provide manufacturing routings for shop use, instructions for complex assemblies and BoMs of subassemblies and assemblies as required.

- We perform engineering and design work on all or as part of a collaborative effort in a mechanism or system solution.

We perform material selection and heat treatment, as well as post processes including but not limited to passivation, electropolish, all types of anodize, decrative and hard chrome, black oxide and dry film lubricants. Prime and paint as needed. And state requirements for non destructive testing, including X-Ray, mag particle inspection and liquid penetrant inspection.
