ELECTRONIC
DESIGN DIVISION:
At EAN Systems Electronics group, we design, prototype, and build electronic circuits. We specialize in the applications of embedded microcontrollers, digital circuits and sensor interface. We include all supporting circuitry for microcontrollers and all required interface circuitry for switch inputs, capturing encoder data, attenuating and biasing sensor readings. We can use a variety of micro-controllers in embedded applications and will program in "assembly" or in "C" and can impliment Fuzzy Logic in accordance with customers needs and/or application.
We create and capture schematics, make BoMs, prototype circuit boards, and generate gerber files as needed. We breadboard prototypes and generally create two initial preproduction circuit boards for customer evaluation.
We can perform contract board manufacturing for customers including the purchase, assembly and/or testing of circuit boards.
We design and build stand alone circuit boards or circuit boards in support of dynamic system applications.

The Setup, interface, and programming for Microchip (PIC), Motorolla, NEC, Zilog and Atmel controllers. We will look at other microcontrollers as desired by customers or based on application needs.
Non-Descriptive Display interfacing for:
Standard off the shelf dot matrix displays, Seven segment displays,
Bargraphs, and Full custom displays.
Supporting and digital circuits:
Supporting supervisory Circuits, Serial Communications (SPI interface,
RS-232 and RS-485), Analog to digital Conversion (ADC), Digital
to analog conversion (DAC), Applications, Multiplexing digital
circuits, Multiplexing analog circuits, and Multiplexing Microcontrollers
(Master/Slave systems).
Supporting analog and digital sensor interface:
Parallel and Serial interface for sensors, Piezioresistive pressure
sensors, Capacitive Pressure sensors, Hall effect sensors, Rotary
encoders, Linear Encoders, Analog position sensors, Tilt sensors,
Accelerometers, Thermisters, Limit switches, LVDT interface circuits.
These digital sensors can be optionally coupled and we've optically
coupled analog sensors, as well. Circuit design for industrial
applications, instrumentation, control panels and user interface
devices.
